Please submit the completed form to the School of Mathematics at least 24 hours prior to the date of each scheduled exam.

Before you apply for advanced placement, please try these sample problems:

You are expected to understand how to work the sample problems before you apply for the advanced placement exam. No other materials are distributed for the exams: there are no sample exams, no study guides, etc. Remember that a calculator is not allowed. No formula sheets, books, notes are allowed in the exam. 
 

Select the Exams you are signing up for. All exams are in-person. The location of the in-person exams on June 21 is Skiles 249, for July 12 and August 19 the location is Skiles 202. Choose at most one exam on July 12, and choose at most two exams on August 19.
 
The Placement Exams will all be administered in person, the student will need to bring a student ID or other picture ID.
